Most tools rewrite your CV from the ad. We work the other way round. First a bank of what you have actually done, then a question to you when something is missing, and only then an application.
One CV, once
You upload your CV a single time. It becomes your master CV, the source every application starts from, so you never paste the same background in again for the next ad. The profile holds two language versions.
Approved facts with constraints
The fact bank locks your experience to its source per claim. Plus constraints (forbidden phrasings, approved synonyms), stretch stories for gaps, and preferred terminology per role. Architecture, not a chat prompt.
We ask rather than guess
Before the application is written, the ad's requirements are checked against your fact bank. Whatever is missing becomes a question to you, not an invented sentence. Your answer is saved as a fact or a stretch story and is still there for the next ad.
Honesty by design
No invented skills. No AI tells, no em-dashes, no passionate team-players. The model can only use facts you have approved, not fabricate bullets to maximise keyword match.
Interview practice on what you wrote
Rehearse the interview in text against your own application. The system flags an answer that reaches further than your fact bank supports. Free gives you two questions, the paid plans six and saved history.
Follow-up that works
