About careerify
careerify does one thing: tailors your job application to a specific posting in 60 seconds, without making up experience you do not have. We believe that principle, honesty baked into the data model, is the difference between a tool you actually dare to use and one the recruiter sees through immediately.
Why careerify exists
Two field observations:
- ChatGPT makes things up. Ask it to write a CV against a job ad and it adds experience you do not have, dates that do not check out, responsibilities that were something else. The recruiter sees through it in thirty seconds. JobScan gives you an ATS score but not a sharp CV.
- A personal knowledge bank is required. You cannot tailor honestly against twenty-five jobs a month without the system knowing what you have actually done. careerify stores facts in one place you approve yourself and reuses them on every future application.
Honesty and approved facts are not features. They are architecture. That is why general AI tools cannot copy careerify without rebuilding their data model.
How we build
- You own your data. Master CV and approved facts can be exported or deleted at any time from settings. We sell nothing onwards.
- GDPR and EU servers. All data is stored within the EU. We log no more than what the service needs to work.
- The AI model scales with your plan. Free runs the "OK" model, Pro runs "Bra", Premium runs "Bäst". The reason: quality should cost, not surprise.
- Open about what is not built yet. On /pricing we show every feature per plan, plus what is live today and what is planned. We do not promise features that are not there.
Behind careerify
careerify is built by Joakim Bergman, interim Business Controller with ten years in finance. The tool is used actively against Joakim's own applications every week, so every feature has to hold up under real use before it ships to customers.
The company is Swedish, fully bootstrapped and run as a solo project at the moment. When you reply to an email from careerify, it lands with Joakim directly.
