Service provider
careerify.ai is operated by Joakim Bergman (sole proprietorship), Sweden. Contact: support@careerify.ai. Full company details, organisation number and VAT ID will be published in the Impressum once the entity is incorporated in Q3 2026.
The service
careerify.ai is a job-application assistant that helps you optimise your CV and cover letter against specific job ads. The service consists of a free ATS score (anonymous) and paid plans (Pro, Premium) for full tailored handling.
Honesty, your responsibility and ours
Our product is built around the principle of never inventing skills or experience you do not have. You are responsible for ensuring the information you upload (CV, approved facts) is true. We are responsible for not inventing things that are not in your material.
Should our AI nonetheless generate fabricated facts, it is your duty to review the text before submitting an application. We take no responsibility for incorrect information in an application that you have chosen to send.
Accounts and billing
The Free plan is free and requires no card. Pro/Premium is billed monthly via Mollie. You can cancel the subscription at any time, taking effect from the next billing cycle. Trial is 7 days, no card.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when the contract was concluded, under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has started to be delivered with your express consent before the withdrawal period expired. By starting a Pro/Premium subscription you agree that the service is delivered immediately and that the right of withdrawal therefore lapses. You can still cancel the subscription from the next billing cycle at any time.

Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution under Regulation (EU) 524/2013: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address for dispute resolution is support@careerify.ai. We are however neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Use
You must not use the service to: - Submit applications containing knowingly false information. - Attempt to extract our source code, prompts or models via reverse engineering. - Run large-scale application campaigns on behalf of third parties without a separate agreement.
Limitation of liability
careerify.ai does not guarantee that you will get an interview or job. We do not guarantee that our ATS score correlates exactly with third-party ATS systems. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance.
Disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled in Stockholm District Court in the first instance.
